Stable micro-climate of any structure is of great importance, as it is company’s employees that are the first to learn all news, whether positive or negative, and share them with their acquaintances, colleagues and customers. In this case, insufficient awareness of employees may cause misrepresentation of facts about the company, which will have an adverse effect on its image.
