Crisis management is a multi-sided process covering and combining different spheres of man’s activities. Our task is to prevent crisis at the stage of preparation for the PR campaign. That’s why before the start of any project, we evaluate its risks to identify and define its weakest points.
The purpose of such survey is defining risk factors, possible failures in the company’s operation. The result of such work will be a final list of organization’s “problem zones”, which may affect its image, cause a crisis situation.
